Poor user experience
Ill start off by saying that okay, Im glad this app exists. It makes loan payments easy. However its unnecessarily difficult to figure out account information. For example, I had set up monthly payments through the app and now Im noticing that its not actually processing any payments automatically, as its meant to do so. And if I want to go into my history to check what the status of that setup is, I see nothing. So overall, poor user experience/Not easy to navigate and its incredibly frustrating.
