Would give 5 stars for Touch ID log in!!!! That is the only thing that is missing. Other than that, its the perfect app for making my payments!

Nice app. Needs TouchID so I dont have to keep putting my password in.

I loved this app before but now that I am able to specifically make additional payments to my higher interest loans makes this even better. Who knew Id be so excited to pay my student loans!!

Great app that makes everything I need to do with my loans easy. Please include the use of the fingerprint scanner to login in a feature update to make things even easier.

Its a 5-star app, easy and intuitive, but it lacks one thing. Touch ID would be very convenient when logging into the app.

The app is good but where is touch ID?

I like the iOS visual improvement. But still very limited in function vs the website.

Its okay just for making payments thats all. All these other reviews are fake reviews put in by Great Lakes

Payment allocation took this app (and loan service in general) from a 2 to a 4 stars. They updated a lot and its still a user friendly app. Only thing now is Touch ID and this app would be very competitive!

The new update makes the paying student loans so simple and fun. I love being able to see how my payments were distributed for past payments. They also added this super handy feature where you can select the specific loans you want to apply your payments to!

The app continues to move on the right direction! It truly makes paying and managing your student loans a breeze. Future implementations should include TouchID and longer history viewing options for payment history and statements.

Otherwise, nice update.

The app will not allow you to access it without an internet connection? Uh,....ok? Whats the purpose of it being a MOBILE app if you cant access it by MOOOOOBILE phone? If I need the internet then I might as well just wait till I get home to the computer. Great app if it worked without internet....

Itd make logging in much easier. Also some animations wouldnt hurt too much.

Needs to have Touch ID. When the app updated I can no longer make payments on accounts Im paid ahead on????? So since Im paid ahead on all of my accounts (sorry mygreatlakes, youre getting as little of my money as possible), there is no point in having the app. I have to log on to the website anyways.

Bring back the previous UI.

Youre able to sign in and check your balance as well as make a payment- but thats about it. Touch ID would be really, really helpful!

Simple. Easy navigation throughout app. Takes a while to sign on. Definitely needs Touch ID, which is a must! Otherwise, pretty good app.

I want to be able to view the individual loans that I have set up. That would make this app 10x more useful. Please make this change! Thanks!

App works smoothly but Touch ID is desperately needed!
