No Touch ID!

Explain to me why a student loan servicer will not easily or even show what my loan interest rate is on this app? I have to go through the site as the app does not show it? Dont hide the rate, put it plain as day.

Convenient app. Add touch ID and this app would be greatly improved.

I can only view my balance, payment history & make payment. Please add Touch ID, individual accounts, and interest rates.

You can make a payment or check your balance. When it comes to anything else, theres nothing else you can do. Customer service doesnt help much either.

easy to use and a great asset to manage the accounts.

Its simplistic look is really great. However, there are some areas of improvements that can make this application very useful. I am satisfied with this current version of this application. Touch ID can be used to access the account. Simple enhancements like these is desirable.

This is one of those apps where its easier to just use the website

Easy to navigate. Touch ID for log in would be nice, rather than having to remember a password.

Its okay, pretty fast and organized, really needs to install touch id to log in though, please!? And printable payment history.

Works well. You should be able to get the phone number without failing it. That way you could add it to our contacts.

Im satisfied with it. Not cluttered. Very easy to understand, organized. As other reviews stated though, making Touch ID available would be nice. But other than that, no complaints.

Basic, to the point, no fancy frills. But youre paying your student loans do you really need fancy frills? I think not. -1 star because who wants to pay loans.

Basic app - can pay my loans and view old payments, the reason I rate below average is because I cant use touch ID instead of my password.

You wont regret this app. It has helped me manage my loan, made making payments fast and easy and makes it easy to communicate with Great Lakes. I loved being able to turn in my irp paper work electronically. App always loads and works smoothly.

App functions like a 90s website. The app lacks many features that the website offers. Its a cool micro version of the site but, ultimately useless. No TouchID.

Only feature missing on this app is Touch ID.

I wouldnt trust this app with making my payments (given the sketchiness described by other reviewers) and honestly theres very little going for it. I just have it to check my balance and thats it. Why isnt the knowledge center incorporated into the app? Whats the purpose of this app if all of the information is exclusively on the full website?
