Ive used this app for about 3 years for payments. Since it has never screwed up always on time a very seldom does it bug.

Nice app. Needs TouchID so I dont have to keep putting my password in.

This app is great and easy to use! But it needs a function where we can write a note when we make a payment. I always pay more and ahead of time and would like my payment to go toward the principle not the Interest. A lot of times you need to specify. App wont let me do that.

The app is very convenient, but since your last update, I have to uninstall it and then reinstall every single time I want to make a payment. So every 2 weeks. Its getting annoying.

The app is great! Balances and the ability to make payments, fast, stable, what more could you want. Love being able to make a payment whenever I get paid. Keep up the good work.

This app is wonderful...I no longer have to log in online to make a payment. This app makes it quick and easy! I only wish that the info about what your loan interest rate was available on the app as well.

Great Lakes is a failure of an institution. Loan repayments do not automatically go towards the loans with the highest interest rate. It is duplicitous and doe not allow users to apply payments towards specific loans.
