Just installed this Great Lakes app and Im very pleasantly surprised how easy it is to use- intuitive, attractive and responsive to my old 4s with iOS 9.2. Ill use it to make extra payments on those student loans. Nicely done!

1. It could use Touch ID for quick access. 2. Id like an option to view my individual loans instead of just the combined total I owe.

Decent app. Needs an update, login with Touch ID

It would be nice to see the total loans I have. Not just my massive balance. Example I have 6 loans how much is each loan etc. basically this is nice as a reference but Ill continue to use he website over this.

Needs Touch ID for login. Password logins are a thing of the past.

Would like to be able to see the balance of each of my loans and not just the lump sum. Otherwise, a good alternative to going on the website.

Everything I need is right at my fingertips. Touch ID would be great but it doesnt change my opinion of the app.

The app does what its supposed to do. You can view accs, pay, see history n ask questions. I use it mainly to pay. The only thing Id ask would be to add ID Touch as I think its more convenient.

I signed up for Autopay and two months went by with no issue. Then I got a notification that my payment this month wasnt received. No notifications about an upcoming payment. Just the one about no payment. If Autopay isnt going to take care of that then I feel like there should be more notice. Also if Autopay isnt going to work in general then just remove it as an option. Absolutely ridiculous.

This app has made my life so much easier! A customer service rep. mentioned it over the phone and it has made a world of difference. I was even able to snap pictures of my IDR documents and submit them that way rather than mailing them via fed ex. Many reviews for the app complain that you cannot view each individual loans balance. Either Great Lakes listened or those reviewers were not paying attention, because I can see my loan amount in one big lump sum and also individually. Thank you, Great Lakes!

Its great. I appreciate an app that gives me the info I need and opportunity to pay off my student loans as fast as I can! Thanks. I just wish they had an payoff calculator because Im paying it off faster than my recommended payoff time.

Great Lakes couldnt make it any easier to make a payment on my loan. Its so easy to use the app and make a payment. Simple layout and design. 5 ⭐️

Everything is available on this app. You can see recent payments and everything that you would normally do on the full website. Very easy to use also. Beyond convenient!

This app has potential. I am glad to see it is no longer abandoned. The iPhone 6/6+ optimizations were much appreciated. For this app to get to the next level, it needs to incorporate the flat design elements of iOS 7 & 8. That will modernize the look and feel. Additionally, it needs to support Touch ID.

I love the app. Its really easy to use and has everything you need right at your finger tips. It lets you see how much you owe and all the payments youve made in the past.
